In accordance with the legal basis: ACT of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1803, as amended), we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time limit for returning the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
