General description
- Naraku Variomatic [HS-CNC] - CPI/Keeway/Generic 16mm
- NARAKU HS-CNC manufacturer now offers a high speed variator for Minarelli two-stroke engines with 16mm crankshaft journal
- The variator is supplied with a CNC-turned HS V-belt pulley
- The advantage of this is that the through taper of the mount provides much better power transmission and you can now finally do without the prone star pulley
- The variator pulleys provide long-lasting, very good torque values and thus very good acceleration values
- According to the manufacturer, the supplied variator bushing should only be used in conjunction with a sports exhaust or 70cc Cylinder
- Due to the shorter bushing design, the variator achieves a very high gear ratio at a much higher speed
- The condition for this is, of course, sufficient engine power
- On standard 50cc engines, simply use the bushing from the original variator
- 15x12 variator rollers are used
- NARAKU does not supply variator rollers, as a racing variator always has to be tuned
