General description

- Length: 52.0 mm
- Application example:
- Remove 15 mm of insulation from all wires to be connected.
- Then align the wires and form the wire bundle.
- Insert the wire bundle into the soldering lug and rotate it slightly.
- The copper insert clamps onto the stripped wires and holds them together.
- Then heat the tip with a hot air tolet. Heat the copper insert area until the solder ring melts and the solder flows into the core of the wire harness.
- If you are using a sealed GRS series end connector, heat the fusible glue sealing ring until the glue melts and flows between the wires.
