I recently used the All Balls Front Fork Rebuild Kit for a full front fork service on my 2003 Honda CBR 600F4i. The kit includes everything you need—fork tube bushing, slider bushing, copper washers for the fork socket bolt, O-ring for the fork bolt, and stopper ring.
