In one simple motion, the adapter plate can be connected to any Street-Rack - no tools are needed for this. The adapter plate is slid onto the rack and securely locked in place with a swivel latch. When you're done riding, the adapter plate can be removed in seconds, in which case the rack remains on the motorcycle without any grips. The adapter plate also has a large and flat contact surface and six large holes that can be used as a fastener. The plate comes with the appropriate bracket kits to attach the Trax series center trunk (Ion, ADV, Evo), from Sw-Motech.
