This cylinder does not fit original crankcases, only Malossi RC-One (Piaggio ID 351767, Minarelli ID 351766).
It can only be installed in conjunction with a crankshaft with a 44mm crank stroke.
The only possible exhaust to install is the Malossi MHR RC-One Big Bore (Piaggio ID 351423, Minarelli ID 351422).
A larger carburetor than 21mm is an absolute must.
