Isolating washers should have a "rim" that stabilizes them in the crankcase holes. I screw the first nut next to the aforementioned isolation washer without a metal washer - this ensures that it will not unscrew. It is a good idea to start the assembly by screwing the pins to the spark plug wires and then only in the crankcase (for high ignition).
