On some models, e.g. Aprilia SR, it is necessary to modify the frame or spigot so that the carburetor does not interfere with the frame.

The spigot has a screw-on rubber ferrule, thanks to this design, when replacing with a larger carburetor such as Keihin PWK or Stage6, you only need to replace the rubber ferrule. The rubber spigot included fits all Dell'orto 12-21mm and Arreche/Amal 17-21mm carburetors.
