After replacing a complete set of gaskets on the engine, I have to say that the difference is really noticeable. Quality head and cylinder gaskets are absolutely essential for a smooth running engine. The old gasket on my engine was already showing signs of wear - it was leaking compression gases and the engine was losing power. After replacing it, I noticed an immediate improvement - more stable idle, better acceleration and cleaner running. Exhaust gaskets are often underestimated, but they also play a vital role.
