I bought for Yamaha XV1600 Road Star. As much as 5L goes into the engine. The manufacturer states that when changing the oil and filter it's 4.1L but I've never made it, always only 4L. That is, you only need to buy 1 can of 4L. It's a semi-synthetic oil dedicated to V-twins, supposedly. Previously I was running on 10W40 Motul. I changed to a little thicker at high temperatures. I ride my motorcycle mostly in summer and then it's usually hot so this oil should perform better, especially since the engine in my motorcycle is air-cooled. For now it's hard to judge, because the season is just beginning, but I have the impression that the various metallic sounds in the engine have quieted down. It's a pity that the oil manufacturer didn't provide a better cap or at least an aluminum protective film, I would be more reassured that the oil is originally sealed.

I recommend to the undecided. I changed the oil to Bel Ray in the lags and have on the rest of the ride comfort. The hinge has improved the hold, the knocking under braking has decreased and the moto does not sit down like before. Only in gmoto.pl I found a 100ml package - great idea!

The oil itself is good. One such bottle is enough for 2 shock absorbers from Simson or for 2 telescopes. I used it in a Simson SR50 and am very satisfied. The suspension works quietly and properly. The oil does not foam or change its consistency during operation. I recommend.

It takes about 1020-1030ml to change the oil on the GSF 1200. Gmoto is one of the few companies that go out of their way to meet the needs of their customers and offer the option to buy 100ml of oil in a small, handy package. RECOMMENDED!!!
