General description
- RK 420 MXU series drive chain.
- Sealed RK MXU chains are an ideal alternative to unsealed chains. U-ring sealing technology makes it possible to produce a chain with the same width as an unsealed chain and maintain a similar weight (7.9 g/1 link). The U-ring provides low resistance, which significantly affects the high efficiency of power transmission during daily operation over the entire life of the chain.
- Compared to a non-sealed RK chain, the U-ring allows a fourfold increase in the life of the drivetrain and minimal adjustments to the chain tension after initial tensioning.
- RK 420 MXU chains are designed for 50-150 ccm road motorcycles.
