Schmitt "Dampfhammer" crankshaft suitable for Simson mopeds and Simson scooters with M541, M741 engine.
This is an extra strengthened "Super Performance" crankshaft of the highest quality, manufactured in Germany. This precision-made crankshaft with 44 mm stroke and 85 mm connecting rod is balanced with tungsten alloy plugs. The crankshaft is suitable for all currently possible levels of tuning on Simson engines. The connecting rod is guided by a lower connecting rod bearing with silver washers. The upper and lower connecting rod bearings are fitted with silver cage bearings. The polished, super-reinforced connecting rod has two additional grease holes at the top.
