Mondial Hps 125. no need to rework (i.e. weld or cut). Just make two arms, 70mm and 95mm, from 3mm sheet metal 25mm wide and point towards the bolts under the seat. Ideal case and easy to do in the garage. The fabricated arms can't be seen, and the spacer fits perfectly. The rack itself fits the pannier perfectly. Sensational purchase.
