This is shorter (about 5cm or so) than the OEM one for the Tengai, which makes sense since it's supposed to be a replacement for the A variant KLR. However, I found that being shorter is actually better for the Tengai - not sure why the OEM one is that long to begin with. By being shorter, this one has way less bends, which for me is a great improvement over OEM, since that one kept hitting the fender whenever the fork was getting compressed, due to being too long. Highly recommend, especially for Tengai owners!
