Długo szukałem czegoś porządnego do mojego filtra piankowego i w końcu trafiłem na ten olej Valvoline Air Filter Oil 1 L. Po zastosowaniu zauważyłem, że filtr dobrze “trzyma”, wydaje się mocniej złapany i nie mam wrażenia, żeby kurz albo piasek wnikały w dolot — czyli idealnie to, czego oczekiwałem. Sam montaż był prosty: oczyściłem filtr, nasączyłem olejem, dałem mu chwilę “odpocząć” i zamontowałem — wszystko w porządku. Olej dobrze się wchłonął, filtr nie był przesadnie mokry, ale odpowiednio “lepki”. Za plusy uznaję: mocna ochrona przed kurzem i brudem — zauważalna różnica względem filtra bez impregnacji, produkt renomowanej marki, co daje trochę spokoju, dobra pojemność (1 L) – starczy na kilka nasączeń, więc ekonomicznie wychodzi. Jedyna uwaga: jeśli jeździsz ekstremalnie — bardzo dużo piachu, błota, w terenie non-stop — to równie dobrze trzeba pilnować czyszczenia i impregnacji filtra regularnie, bo nawet najlepszy olej nie zastąpi dobrego czyszczenia. Podsumowując — jeśli masz gąbkowy filtr powietrza (zwłaszcza w motocyklu, quadzie lub off-roadowym sprzęcie) i szukasz czegoś, co go dobrze zabezpieczy, to ten olej Valvoline mogę polecić bez wahania.
