While restoring the Romet, I came to the moment when it was time for the wheels - and here the dilemma of whether to restore or replace them with those of today's production. I took the risk of replacing the rims with new, contemporary ones, their appearance does not differ in any way from those of the past (they are a bit narrower at 1.40 instead of 1.60, but it does not matter much to me), but what matters to me is aesthetics, and this is quite decent. A pleasant surprise : the chrome quite decent for the price for which I bought the rims . It is certain that for the money spent on buying new rims we will not restore the old ones at a decent level . I for one am satisfied with those purchased on GMoto, I recommend.
