How do I place an order in the online shop?

  1. Next to each product, you will find a large orange "ADD TO CART" button. Click it to add the selected product to your cart.
  2. After adding the product to the cart, you will be asked whether you want to continue shopping ("Continue Shopping") or proceed to checkout ("Checkout").
  3. After selecting "Checkout", you will be redirected to your shopping cart.
  4. If you want to order more than one piece of a selected product, you can adjust the quantity in the cart or on the product page.
  5. If you have a discount code, enter it in the designated field by clicking the plus sign next to "I have a discount code".
  6. Click "DELIVERY AND PAYMENT" to proceed to the section where you can select your payment and delivery method.
  7. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page. You can log into your account, create a new account, or choose "Checkout as a Guest". We recommend logging in or creating an account if this is your first purchase in our shop. Having an account gives you access to your order history, making future purchases even faster!
  8. Choose your payment and shipping method.
  9. In the final step, click "DELIVERY AND PAYMENT" again. You will then see a confirmation that your order has been accepted for processing, along with your order number, which you should save.

How can I place an order by phone?

Our specialists are available at +48 17 247 22 20 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Want to place an order by phone? It’s simple and takes only a few minutes. Here’s how to prepare for a phone order.

Prepare your details:

  • Contact number (needed for courier communication)
  • Email address
  • Delivery address (city, postal code, and street)
  • Motorcycle brand and model (this helps us select the correct products for you)

Prepare the product IDs – Before calling our hotline, check the IDs of the products you want to order. This will minimize the ordering time and ensure faster delivery. You can find product IDs in our online shop.

  • If you own a Chinese scooter or a quad bike, carefully measure the part you want to buy and provide these dimensions to our specialists.
  • If possible, have the part in hand during the call – this will help us choose the best product for you!

Note: During the motorcycle season, it may take longer to reach a specialist. We recommend placing orders through the online shop – it’s quick and easy!

Do I need an account to place an order in the online shop?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, we recommend creating one. An account is free and takes only a few moments to set up. It gives you access to your order history and allows for faster future purchases.

Are all products in the online shop available?

Each product listing includes availability information and an estimated processing time. If your order takes longer to process than stated on the product page, our specialists will contact you.

Are the product prices in the online shop final and up to date?

Yes, all prices listed in the online shop are current gross prices and final.

Where can I find my order number on the receipt?

Your order number is located under the barcode at the bottom of the receipt (see example image below).

Where can I find my order number on the invoice?

The order number appears in two places on the invoice:

  • Under the barcode in the top right corner of the invoice
  • Below the order summary table, in the middle of the invoice on the left (see example image below).

Why is an item in my cart out of stock?

Products are only reserved after an order is placed. However, if a product is highly popular or was the last available item, it may still appear in your cart but become unavailable before you complete checkout. To secure your item, we recommend finalizing your order as quickly as possible.

What documents will I receive with my ordered products?

Each order includes a return/complaint form and a receipt. For products that require it, instructions and a warranty card will also be included.
