What is a discount coupon?

A discount coupon entitles you to a discount on your order. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions (including free shipping).

How do I redeem my discount code?

Simply enter the discount code in the designated field in the shopping cart. You will find it after clicking the plus sign next to the text "I have a discount code". Once you enter the discount code, the system will automatically reduce the order cost.

Please note that discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, including free shipping. This means that if you use a discount code, you forfeit free shipping and will need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

Can I use the discount code again if I return the item?

For one-time discount codes, it is not possible to reuse the code after returning an item. However, reusable discount coupons can be used multiple times, even after returning an item.
