How can I pay for my order?
In our online shop, you can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods. Get to know them all and choose the most convenient option for your purchase.
Online bank transfer – the most popular payment method. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can complete the payment with just one click. The advantage of this method is the immediate payment processing, allowing your order to be processed quickly.

- Cash on delivery – pay in cash when you receive the package.
- Credit or debit card – secure payment with your payment card.
- Traditional bank transfer – transfer money directly from your bank account to ours or make a deposit at a bank or post office. When choosing this payment method, the order will only be processed once the payment has been received in our bank account.
- PayPal – a globally popular electronic payment method.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, you can receive a VAT invoice for every product we sell. Simply select the appropriate option when placing your order. To issue a VAT invoice, we require the company's name, address, and tax identification number. You will receive the invoice in electronic form via email.
What should I do if the VAT invoice contains errors?
If your VAT invoice contains errors, please contact us at [email protected]. Include the invoice number and a description of the error in your message. Our specialist will inform you about the next steps.
Please note that it is not possible to issue a VAT invoice based on a receipt. Additionally, if you request a correction to the invoice due to a product return, the correction will require an automatic confirmation of the signed correction invoice and its acceptance.
