What delivery options are available?
When you place an order in our online shop or by phone, you can choose from several delivery options. Get to know them and pick the one that suits you best.

How much does shipping cost within the country and abroad?
Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered. You can find the current shipping cost for a specific product on its product page, underneath the "ADD TO CART" button.
Shipping abroad
Exact shipping costs for orders delivered to European Union countries are calculated once you provide your delivery address during checkout. Please note that we do not ship orders to countries outside the European Union.

How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing time depends on product availability in our warehouse. You will find the estimated delivery time for each product in the table below the "ADD TO CART" button. If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart.
Please remember that our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays may take slightly longer than usual to process.

Will I be notified when my order arrives?
Once your order is complete, we’ll let you know when your package has been shipped and provide an estimated delivery date. You’ll receive this information via the email address and phone number you provided.

Can I check the contents of my package before paying the courier?
All deliveries are handled by an independent shipping company. The courier will not allow you to open the package before payment, as their only responsibility is to deliver the package intact to the given address.
Is the package visibly damaged? Open it in the courier’s presence after paying and confirming receipt. If you find any damaged products inside, you’ll receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged items. In the event of discrepancies, the courier will draw up a damage report, which forms the basis for filing a complaint.

Can my package be sent to an address other than the one I used when registering my account?
Yes. While placing your order, the system automatically loads the address you provided when creating your account. If you want the package to be delivered to a different address, simply enter the new address in the delivery information during checkout.

Can I arrange a specific pickup time with the courier?
When you place your order, you cannot schedule a specific pickup time with the courier. Couriers deliver packages between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In some cases, the courier may call you to discuss delivery details. During that call, you can try to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

What happens to my package if the courier can’t find me at the provided address?
If the courier cannot reach you at the specified delivery address, the package will be redirected to a DPD pickup point, where it will be held for 3 days. After that time, it will be returned to us.

How do I change the delivery date of an order?
If you know you won’t be home or otherwise won’t be able to receive the package at the specified address on the scheduled delivery day, you can reschedule the delivery date through the carrier’s system. Typically, you will receive a message or tracking link from the courier service where you can choose a new delivery date. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service for assistance.
