Special, highly refined, all-season mineral-based gear oil for manual transmissions. It is designed for the safe and reliable operation of modern self-locking differentials (excess friction/limited slip differentials - LS), main gears with hypoid gears, and other parts of manual transmissions (slowdowns, gearboxes) with conical, worm and cylindrical pairs withstanding extreme (including shocks) loads and high operating temperatures. It is developed based on the requirements introduced by agricultural equipment manufacturers NEW HOLLAND and VOLVO.
Recommended for use in heavily loaded mechanical transmissions of road vehicles (luggage tractors, buses, etc.), off-road vehicles (construction, mining, agricultural) and specialized equipment of European, American and Asian manufacturers, where the GL-5 LS performance level is required.

General description

• a unique, high-viscosity base of the highest quality that retains the required viscosity at high operating temperatures and pressures, combined with a special package of the latest generation of additives in increased concentrations provides excellent anti-friction properties that provide significant fuel economy
• thanks to its composition and increased content of EP additives, provides excellent anti-wear and anti-seizure properties under conditions of forced oil starvation (when starting, moving), as well as with increased load at low rpm, which significantly extend the expected service life of technical equipment in all, even the most extreme modes of operation in a wide range of ambient temperatures. It has very high oil film resistance to extreme pressures and temperatures. Provides long-term protection for friction clutches and other transmission components
• Provides the required low-temperature properties that ensure relatively easy starting and reliable lubrication at ambient temperatures down to -28 °C under all operating conditions
• has enhanced thermal-oxidative stability, resistance to thermal degradation and aging to keep mechanisms exceptionally clean, extending oil change intervals and reducing equipment maintenance costs
• improves the characteristics of the LS differential, making it work more efficiently, providing high performance, neutralizing noise, slippage and vibration
• has good deemulsifying properties, foams poorly, and dissipates heat generated by the friction of gears and clutches well, preventing them from overheating
