Mannol HV 46 hydraulic oil, ISO 46 60L - MN2202-10

Multi-season mineral paraffinic hydraulic oils with a high viscosity index designed for the hydraulic equipment of mobile or stationary equipment operating at high and very high operating temperatures. It has been developed taking into account the requirements for industrial hydraulic systems operating under very high loads, pressures, temperatures and/or speeds, especially under highly fluctuating temperatures.

General description

• contains anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives and a viscosity modifier
• has optimum viscosity over a wide range of operating temperatures, where it ensures the operation of hydraulic equipment with maximum efficiency for a long time
• has excellent anti-wear properties that minimize wear on parts associated with hydraulic pumps, hydraulic distributors and hydrocylinders, thus ensuring their long life and reducing the cost of replacement parts
• state-of-the-art cleaning and dispersing additives ensure perfect cleanliness of hydraulic system components while protecting precision vapors from wear, extending equipment life and increasing performance
• the highest thermo-oxidative and thermal stability, resistance to mechanical and chemical impacts, including oxidation, limit the formation of all kinds of deposits and corrosive substances, which increase the reliability of the operation of subsystems (valves, hydraulic distributors, etc.) and at the same time is distinguished by excellent filtering ability
• thanks to its excellent anticorrosive properties, protects the surfaces of all used metals and alloys from the corrosive effects of acids, oxidation products and water, which significantly reduces maintenance and repair costs
• has excellent demulsification properties, low freezing point, good fluidity at low temperatures and long service life
• resistance to foaming and aeration improves the performance of hydraulic pumps
