Multi-purpose heat-resistant anti-wear lubricant based on highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on thermostable lithium complex soap with the addition of synthetic esters and special anti-wear, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives. Developed for long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings operating under high thermal and mechanical loads. Designed for use in industrial equipment requiring NLGI 2 high-temperature high-pressure grease: foundries, vibrating equipment, mining, roller conveyors, etc. Follow the manufacturer's instructions in the equipment manual!
General description- the presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- retains its functional properties from -30 °C to +170 °C, which increases the life of bearings;
- forms a durable lubricating film that is resistant to water, temperature fluctuations and contaminants, which extends replacement intervals and reduces operating costs;
- protects bearings and other parts from corrosion;
- has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
- meets a wide range of requirements, allowing one grease to be used in most friction nodes;
- compatible with most standard lithium greases;
- grease consistency remains consistent during long-term storage. Shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture.
