I have attached a photo of the factory reed next to the reed I installed.There is a difference in the size of the intake so that more air enters and I have more compression.With the first start the difference was immediately apparent having a 17.5mm carburetor.When I put 21mm it will be even better. I own a 2009 Yamahe Booster 50 the spigot is made of very thick and stiff rubber which really goes to the advantage, because my old spigot is made of soft rubber and the carburetor flies up and down the installation took me literally 5min spigot I honestly recommend.
