As for the cylinder head, unfortunately, I have a big minus because after installation it turned out that it is damaged (microcrack) and oil leaks from the engine onto the exhaust pipe.Valve keypad and camshaft ok with no complaints.

It's OK. Suitable for Kymco agility without problems. Otherwise just a standard aluminium cover - use half the official torque, exhaust manifold bolts preferably 5 Nm tighter than the recommended torque, etc.
