The starter came in new, unused condition. It is in working order, there are no problems with it. The quality of workmanship is identical to the OEM. I fully recommend the product the more so that it costs 45zl. I bought my copy for scooter Romet 717 (Old model) 4T (4 - stroke engine). It fits perfectly. After removing the broken part, I installed the purchased item without any problems. An additional plus is that along with the starter in the kit was a cable (visible in the photo) connecting the ignition coil, which is a nice touch, because in some stores it is not included in the kit.
