I took apart the motorcycle a little more, and when I removed the intake ducts into which the carburetor enters it turned out that the old gaskets did not hold, you could see blowouts on the head (as if the fire from the chamber was coming back), well after replacing with new gaskets there is no problem adjusting the carburetor.

Broke off when tightening. Do not overtighten, if manual says 40 Nm do not tighten to spec. The magnet goes all the way down the bolt so there is very little material holding the head in place. Looked nice before the head fell on the floor though
