I replaced the front brake pads on my Honda CBF 125 because they were worn out and the brakes were losing their effectiveness. First I lifted the front wheel and loosened the brake caliper. Then I pulled out the old pads, which were already badly worn. I cleaned the caliper, checked the condition of the disc and put on the new pads. Once they were seated properly, I screwed the caliper back on and squeezed the brake lever a few times to get the pads to seat properly. After a short test drive, I felt that the brakes were working perfectly again.
