The package includes a short instruction manual (unfortunately, there is no Polish description), but the steps to be performed are simple enough that anyone should be able to cope with it. The manufacturer warns that after replacing these elements it may be necessary to shorten the side feet - this is what happened in my case on a 2017 Honda x-adv. The expected effect - lowering the motorcycle - was achieved. During the test ride (about 100 kilometers), I do not feel the effect of changing the suspension elements on the comfort and safety of the ride.
