I have a 2006 Baotian bt49qt-9 scooter and before the coil was fitted it was muddling and sometimes dimming. Most simply put, it did not run evenly. I own a 65cc Baotian BT50QT-9 scooter. The belt cover is probably one of the parts that I find myself replacing quite often.
