Hello, I bought such footrests for wsk 125 b3 they fit perfectly, you do not need to rework anything, just remove the old and put the new. They are nicely made, do not have any sharp burrs and are galvanized, also rust will not reach them! However, the rubbers have casting marks, so called protruding discs, which you need to get rid of manually using the best knife. Nevertheless, for this price it is really worth it!
