Used for Honda FT 500 1983. Fitted within the hour (after disassembly & preparation = removal of old bearings). Have used 50 mm pvc pipe to drive bottom cup in; tightness of fit was as it should be. Did not use the supplied washer but made my own of 30x36x3 mm so the original rubber seal could sit below the (inner part of) the bearing. Re-used the original bottom washer (0.8 mm thick) to shield the seal. The (upper) adjustment nut also carries a thin shield. I had to grind the spigot (for the shield, on the nut) to a chamfer, as it just touched the radius of the upper bearing inner ring. On the 3rd picture, where the shield lies under the nut: red arrows = grind inner dia of spigot, shield fits at outer dia (on top as depicted). Ordered a 2nd set for my Honda XBR 500.

Hi Honda Cbr 250r 2011 year The seals fit perfectly . Workmanship is very good , they look really decent despite the fact that they cost half as much as the competition. Honda CBR 1100XX Super Blackbird from 1997, the replacement went without a problem, the bearings and seals fit. After replacement, you can feel a big improvement and much lighter handling. The old bearings were worn and jumped into the "point" when straightening the steering wheel, now there is no such thing.
