Hello everyone, in the Gmoto store I made purchases of motorcycle parts for the first time - it was the so-called "small" and not needed "for now", I was more curious about the quality of service and, above all, the lead time. I ordered the parts on Monday, and on Wednesday morning the courier delivered the package. Compared to another store - I don't want to quote the full name here (M.et), but probably people who are interested in vintage motorcycles, came across it only once - like me, waiting for a month for the package. Summary: This should be the right approach of the store to the retail / individual customer, because in 90% of cases it is the time of processing the order that counts.
