  The inside diameter is 23.9mm, not 25mm, making it physically impossible to push the gasket onto the 25mm diameter elbow and bolt the muffler to the elbow. I definitely didn't end up with a defective piece because all 4 "kits" I ordered have the wrong dimension. Please start measuring accurately with a caliper for these types of parts.
