According to the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1803 as amended) we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time to deliver the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.

I have a Romet zk 50 2010 the old battery has completely sulphurized and wo gule already stopped working , so I decided to buy a new one , the new battery was nicely packaged with electrolyte separately to pour , I poured acid into the battery and charged the battery . works well i am satisfied .
