outer ring is made from electroless nickel-plated steel for superior durability and has been designed with minimal amount of material to keep weight low
outer ring is expanded at 200°C and then applied to the inner ring; this interference fit, combined with the wave pattern, ensures a durable connection for the life of the sprocket
flat socket head cap screws increase the strength of the sprocket during side impacts and eliminate contact with the chain guide
self-cleaning grooves between the teeth prevent dirt build-up and reduce sprocket wear and weight
