mounted to honda xr125l, only need to grind the crankcases / turn the cylinder on the lathe to fit the crankcases, because the cylinder skirt has a larger diameter than the crankcases will fit. The cylinder fits nicely, it runs, you can already see the power furniture in the lower revs. The piston knocks, the piston knocks, it's not the valves or anything, it's the piston. Because the clearance between the piston and the cylinder is too big. It's generally supposed to be around 5 hundredths of a millimeter, but I measured 33 hundredths from the bottom of the piston and 63 hundredths from the top of the piston. The piston is hard to find, I found one here on the eshop, so I just pray it comes and has the right dimensions, that mine in the kit was just a dud...
