This year I finished motorcycle school and I’m planning to buy a Suzuki V-Strom in the future. I was looking for a versatile motorcycle jacket suitable for cooler weather as well as spring - summer riding, comfortable (adjustable and well-ventilated), pink =))), and with the best possible balance between price, quality, and features. As a beginner, my budget is already stretched to the limit, but I didn’t want to sacrifice safety or comfort just to save money. After a lot of research, I decided on the Shima Hero 2.0 collection. I won’t lie I was a bit worried about the sizing and the materials at first. However, it exceeded my expectations by far, and I can only warmly recommend it. An important detail is that I have wider hips, and if you measure yourself according to the size chart, the sizes are EXACT, which is excellent. (My size is L) The materials are very comfortable and high quality, the pink color is very vibrant, and the reflective panels are extremely helpful. It has a very good number of pockets (what more could a girl want?). The jacket comes with a windproof and waterproof layer, as well as a warm inner vest (and if you add a good thermal base layer, it’s perfect even for colder weather). The ventilation system is very well designed: one large vent on the back, two adjustable chest vents with three different settings, plus vents on the arms and hips. Also, the price is worth it. Not to mention that I got it on sale, so even better. The armor is also very good, including a back protector, which is extremely important. I’m very happy with this purchase, as well as with gmoto’s customer service and delivery. I can’t wait to ride with this jacket as much as possible and to buy the other matching pieces from the Shima Hero 2.0 set.
