Piston 0.06mm of mounting clearance (which is normal) two sets of rings, one set of 0.03mm, the other 0.05mm of mounting clearance. My guess is that the latter set with 0.03mm. This is the set to be replaced after lapping. The channels inside did not need any improvement in this case either. (I didn't measure only the height of the channels) But I recommend to pay attention, because they didn't look machined after production. :)

Ogar 205.I had concerns about these new cylinders but it turned out pretty good. After installation, the youngster was catapulting it around the yard all the time mostly in 1st gear and even after an hour the piston didn't swell up so it's ok. After assembling it, the engine fired up from the kick and doesn't run any different at all from the original cylinder.
