Greetings. I have a 1969 WSK B1. I purchased a carburetor repair kit because I lost the adjusting screw while adjusting and then during a test drive. I installed the old one unscrewed from the damaged carburetor, but it, too, had already been corrected by the former owner and did not fulfill its purpose. This valve jammed for me once and after a night I had to think for a while why the motorcycle would not start. It was enough to pop the float chamber and it was OK. If the situation repeats, you will have to look there. Apart from these inconveniences, everything is OK. After installation on the initial mixture setting at 1.5 turns, the engine fired up on the 3rd kick. After a quick adjustment managed to get a gray-brown candle collar, so it gives without any problems to adjust. The cold engine fires up in the second kick. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. I regret that I spent so much time agonizing over the original carburetor. In my opinion, there is no point in shelling out money for an original in unknown condition, unless for someone wants 100% original parts and the amount of 500zł for a carburetor + reconditioning is not a problem.
