It will be possible to judge the quality of the materials only after the engine is mounted and running. So far I have noticed a considerable (but acceptable) clearance between the piston and cylinder. The rings seem to meet the standards for clearance. Users have reported problems with cracking pistons - most often this occurred near the pin mount. I hope that this problem has been corrected. Grooves for locking rings seem to be deep enough and with the right (semicircular) profile. On the other hand, the safeties themselves do not inspire confidence. If the quality of the materials and the accuracy of the machining resulting in reliable engine operation will match the appearance, I will be delighted.
