According to the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1803 as amended) we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time to deliver the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.

Salve, in un primo momento ero convinto di ordinare il ricambio per una delle mie moto d'epoca da una concessionaria della mia zona (Castrolibero CS) successivamente dopo l'ordine avendo telefonato a questa concessionaria per la conferma dell' ordine e del pagamento effettuato ho appreso di aver ordinato il ricambio ad una azienda diversa che ha lo stesso nome. Non nego di aver avuto seri dubbi sul buon esito dell' acquisto. Però devo dire che la professionalità, precisione, puntualità, bontà del prodotto e soprattutto il prezzo molto competitivo mi hanno fatto ricredere al punto che prima di ogni altro acquisto contatterò sempre questa azienda che con molta sorpresa è veramente molto affidabile, efficente e puntuale e precisa nelle consegne e offre ottimi prodotti a prezzi molto competitivi. La batteria è stata montata sulla moto, funziona bene ed ora non resta che verificare la durata della stessa che, in ogni caso visto il prezzo di acquisto anche se non dura anni con la dovuta cura e manutenzione costerà poco sostituirla.
